With more than 25 years experience in the hospitality and food & beverage world, and a passion for innovation to bring food to life, 2 BOLD Chefs & a Truck – Catering is doing just that. All signature items below are made to fit any working lunch for all corporate events and/or business meetings. Please specify your bread of choice (Multigrain, White, Wheat, or Subs).

Sandwiches are accompanied with your choice of one side dish Coleslaw, Potato Salad, or Chips. All sandwiches come with a tray of Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, and Pickles.

All trays serve 10 – 12 people … $12.00 per person (minimum of 10 people)

The Classic: – Smoked ham, Swiss cheese, served with a Sundried Tomato aioli.

The All American: – Bologna, American cheese, served with a Honey-Dijon spread.

The Irish: – Corned Beef, pepper-jack cheese, served with Jalapeno-Mustard spread.

The Club: – Smoked turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, served with Chipotle-Mayo spread.

The Godfather: – Italian cold cuts, provolone cheese, served with Basil Pesto spread.

The French: – Roast beef, Muenster cheese, served with Dijon & French dressing vinaigrette.

The Orioles: – Pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, served with Creamy Chipotle Dijon spread.

The Ravens: – Roast beef, bacon, American cheese, served with BBQ Horseradish-Mayo aioli.

The Reuben: – Corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut served with 1000 Island-Sriracha dressing.

Healthy Choice: – Mixed roasted veggies drizzled with aged balsamic vinaigrette & extra virgin olive oil with a served with a roasted garlic hummus spread. (Sub only)

Zorba the Greek: – Seasoned grilled chicken, cucumbers tzatziki sauce, crumbled feta cheese with a Greek Olive Tapenade spread. (Sub only)

The Taj-Mahal: – Seasoned chicken salad mixed with Indian spices, topped with cranberries and walnut folded in a Creamy Curry dressing. (Sub only)

South of the Border: – Seasoned grilled chicken in a hint of smoked paprika, accompanied with Muenster cheese, and served with a Southwest Chipotle sauce. (Sub only)

Box Lunches are available starting at $8.99 to $12.99 per person and it includes the following: –
